Having worked extensively across the document management industry, Mark brings a wealth of experience to his role as Chairman for Embrace Digital. Before founding Embrace Digital in 2017, Mark served as Managing Director for Capital Capture for 15 years taking the business from a traditional bureau scanning provider to a highly skilled and respected provider of intelligent document processing services and solutions.

Responsible for the overall management and strategy of the business, Chris ensures our operating model allows our customers the very best quality of service at all stages of their engagement. Starting his career in 1999 as a developer and a “techie” at heart, Chris is passionate about helping organisations adopt technology to underpin their business strategies and goals.

As Technical Director, Andy is responsible for our technical solution and delivery capability, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standard and exceed customer expectation. Andy started working in the document processing industry in 2005 and has played a key role in the design and implementation of hundreds of intelligent document automation projects, across a broad range of organisations.

Katherine is responsible for the day to day running of customer services, technical support and project delivery within Embrace Digital. Having started her career as a project manager in 2003, Katherine has managed the successful implementation of hundreds of projects for blue chip clients and is committed to ensuring the highest levels of customer care and service delivery.

As Sales Director, Richard is responsible for ensuring that we understand our customers and prospective clients, their challenges and what drives them. Having started his sales career in 2001 and having had several sales leadership roles, Richard has gained a wealth of experience through working closely with a range of both Fortune 500 Global Enterprises and Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), which he is always willing to share.
